Who We Are
Cesar became co-owner of Leal’s Snacks in August 2008. He has over 20 years of experience in the food and drink industry with his ownership of The Leal’s Restaurant in Woodway, TX. He believes community and good relationships are the keys to a successful business, which are why you’ll often find him at his restaurant hanging out and networking with local business owners.
Denise became co-owner of Leal’s Snacks in August 2008. She takes care of much of the backend of the company. She also works as a surgical nurse at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco, TX. Her love for people is what makes her a valuable part of Leal’s Snacks.
Dionicio (duh-nee-cee-oh) joined Leal’s Snacks in August 2011, where he began administrative and warehouse responsibilities. In June 2012, he became operations manager, handling the day-to-day operations of the business. When not engaged in the business, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Eric joined Leal’s Snacks in February 2011, working as a warehouse and service technician. He has a bachelors in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, allowing him a quick leadership role in the company. His love for people and Leal’s Snacks gave him the role of sales manager in June 2012.
